If you are a woman in your late 30’s, 40’s or 50’s that would love to feel more confident in your body, feel strong from the inside out, learn a whole lot of empowering info about the epic changes your body is going through and have fun while doing it then this program is designed for you! This fun and empowering eight week program is specifically designed to help you navigate your changing hormones (aka good old peri - menopause through to post-menopause) while feeling as strong and confident in your body as possible. The program consists of 8 weekly small group sessions in a private studio as well as bucket loads of supporting content including weekly video’s, homework exercises, lifestyle tips, support from me and much more. Over eight weeks we will: Clear the fog around Menopause. Knowledge is so freaken empowering. My aim over the eight weeks is for everyone to progress from, “what the f#ck is happening to me”, to “oow thats whats going on”, to “ooow I have some tools to support myself - yes!”. Learn how amazing your Core is and how important it is to get it firing correctly. Learn how to “engage” your core correctly. It’s not all kegels, that's for sure! Assess your breathing patterns and learn tips and tricks to improve them. Yes, how you breathe makes a BIG difference. Assess your alignment and how it could be impacting your core function. Everything is connected to everything - all the way from your feet to the tip of your head affects how your body manages load ;). Dive into all things sex hormones. Learn what impact our changing hormones can have on our pelvic health (and everything else!) and what we CAN do to support ourselves through these changes. Progressively work through low impact exercises specifically tailored to getting our pelvic floor, core & glutes feeling STRONG. Learn a bucket load about different topics relating to pelvic health & menopause - hormones, nutrition, pee, poop, exercise, sleep, stress, sex and everything in between. Learn how you can influence your well being & pelvic health now and as you age. Hopefully you are as excited to rock this next stage of life as me!
