Service Description
NewMumFIT Fun small group training sessions designed specifically for new Mums (with clearance from their primary care provider of course!). Movement has such a positive effect on our well being both from a physical and emotional sense. This could not be more true for the new Mum! These sessions are all about positive movement that help improve your fitness/mobility and strength whilst respecting where your body is at and the amazing changes that is has gone through. The sessions will be tailored specifically to New Mum's with a focus on pelvic floor friendly exercises that help strengthen your amazing core canister again. They will also help manage and improve any abdominal seperation or core dysfunction as well as relief for those new mum niggles from things like feeding, lower back and hip pain etc. The perfect introduction back into exercise :). Also an awesome chance to meet and connect with other Mums! The class numbers are capped so babies are also more than welcome in the gym with Mum and the other babies :). Bookings essential!
