Fun small group training sessions designed specifically with the woman’s body in mind. Perfect for all fitness levels with options for everyone. Sessions are designed to be empowering where all fitness levels/niggles and gorgeous changing bodies are welcome. Meeting your body where it's at, while improving your fitness, strength and even sanity :). Variety in every session including Pilates reformers, strength training, good old huff and puff cardio, intervals (done correctly), balance, mobility, and of course pelvic floor and core training.
