  • Is Core Restore suitable for me?
Long story short - YES! In my humble opinion every woman would benefit from completing Core Restore :). Specifically Core Restore is suitable for women who: have had a baby and would like to reconnect with and strenghten their core like to train and want to do it in a way that emphasises their physical performance and doesn't hinder it want to learn more about how their body works are suffering any form of leaking (pee or poop) feel that things feel different "down there" or not as strong as it used to have been diasgnosed with or think they have diastasis recti or abdominal seperation have been diagnosed with prolapse or think they may have a prolapse have had a hysterectomy or prolapse surgery and the list goes on:). Suitable for woman at all stages of life!
  • How soon post birth or surgery can I join Core Restore?
It is recommended you wait 6 weeks post birth before enrolling in Core Restore unless you have your midwife/doctors approval to do it sooner. The program is suitable earlier but committing to being somewhere every week for six weeks with a new born is a big ask! I don't think I got out of my pj's for the first month or so ;). If you feel this is managable and you would like to enroll sooner please get in touch and we can discuss options.
  • I have not exercised for a long time - will I be able to 'keep up'?
Yes absolutely! I believe exercise should make you feel AMAZING in your body and not something that should be endured. All of the classes are kept small on purpose so I can tailor each movement to the individual. The main aim of each class is that everyone has fun and leaves feeling empowered and excited about their fitness journey no matter where they are starting :).
  • What do I need to bring to class?
Yourself, your smile, foot wear you like to train in, a drink, towel and clothes that are comfy to move in.
  • Do you run classes all year round?
We offer classes in line with the school terms taking a break for the school holidays to refresh and spend some quality time with out little people. Over the 2018/2019 xmas holidays we are taking a break from the 21st Dec until the 6th of January. Casual fitness classes will be offered from th 14th Jan until term 1 kicks off on the 4th Feb. 4th Feb full timetable resumes again :). Core Restore also runs with the school term - it usually starts week two and then finishes a week before the school term finishes - depending on the school you are at ofcourse! Term one 2019 Core Restore Kicks off the week of the 11th Feb and runs for eights weeks with the final sessions being the week of the 1st of April.
