Lock down baking......

Baking has kicked in....

If you have a thing for fudgey goodness and peanut butter is your friend I'd recommend giving this recipe a go.

Full disclaimer all of the measurements are approximate, I never ever measure properly....

Base Shredded Coconut - 3 cups Cashews - 1/2 cup Cocoa - depends on taste - 1/4 cup Coconut oil - heaped teaspoon Little bit of salt

Blend it all together until Coconut goes nice and gooey and everything is well mixed. Press into lined dish.

Topping Peanut butter (or any nut butter that you like) 1/2 cup Coconut oil 1/3 cup Maple syrup 1/4 cup (depends on taste preference, can have more or less)

Mix it all up until nice and smooth, spread over base.

Put in freezer to set
